THE CHEF

My culinary career as a Hibachi chef began in 1989. From the beginning, I absolutely loved it and I haven’t stopped since. In a span of 32 years I have worked at 4 different Hibachi restaurants in Texas and after all these years I felt that it was time to break out on my own. I decided to continue doing what I’m good at and have a passion for but in a new and exciting setting. I look forward to serving great people of Cypress Texas and the surrounding areas for years to come.

JoeOne is a fast casual restaurant that specializes in Hibachi cuisine.  From our tasty Teriyaki chicken to our perfectly seasoned New York strip steak and everything in between, JoeOne will surely be your favorite GO to for all your Hibachi cravings.  Locally owned and family operated, JoeOne Hibachi GO is headed by 32-year veteran chef, Joe and partner, Chef Ricky. With a combined 42 years’ experience, we can positively say, “JoeOne knows Hibachi”.
